Authority and verification
You must be a sole trader, owner, director or authorised employee with authority to manage the relevant business profile. Information and evidence supplied must be accurate and may be checked against public registers and existing company contact details.
A claimed-profile badge confirms that control of the listing was manually verified. It is not an endorsement, guarantee of workmanship or replacement for customers carrying out their own checks.
Annual subscription
The price, currency, applicable tax and renewal date are shown in Stripe Checkout before purchase. The subscription renews annually until cancelled. Billing details and cancellation are managed through the secure Stripe customer portal.
Cancelling prevents a future renewal and access continues through the paid period. If renewal remains unpaid after the stated grace period, the claimed badge and installer-managed content are removed from public display while registry information remains available.
Profile content and moderation
You are responsible for keeping installer-managed descriptions, service areas, contact details and images accurate, lawful and appropriate. Registry identity, address, status and sourced credentials cannot be edited through an installer account.
We may remove content, suspend management access or revoke a claim where authority is disputed, information is misleading, content is unlawful or the service is abused. Contact [email protected] to dispute a decision or ask about a refund.
